Kills build flexability and it would lead to more class/build dicrimination as well as make group forming that much harder

it looks like he is saying *oh noze i goofed up so let me change in mid battle to something better*

ADDITION

why not have the ability to change skills on the fly as well?

nothing unreasonable say limit the skill change to only 4 at a time and a limit of 4 changes per battle.

we must be reasonable you know
